Monday, November 9, 2009. Knee Injury Part 2. On Oct 21 at 6:30am I checked into the Hospital to have my ACL. Stands for Anterior Cruciate Ligament, it's in the knee. This was the result of my Skiing trip back in April when I was attempting to learn how to ski and biffed it hard went tumbling a couple of times and while tumbling tore my ACL. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Today has been pretty low key. He did get to take a nap, go out to eat for lunch, have all the kids including nieces and nephews sing Happy Birthday while he blew out the candles, then he spent the rest of the day and night at Parker's first baseball game. You're the best husband and father ever! Our lives would be pretty sad, and boring without you. Thanks for all you do and put up with! Sunday, April 19, 2009. Thursday, December 11, 2008. Thanksgiving Weekend in Reverse. A Quick hello and goodbye with the Foote Family on our way out of Arizona thanksgiving weekend. Some of you might remember this awesome family if you were in the ward before Feb '07. They left us after a short 1 year stay to return to Arizona. We miss you guys. Sunday, June 21, 2009. I'm leaving on Wednesday to travel to Canada with the parentals! I hope I don't go mental! We are first stopping in St. George to visit Uncle Gary and Aunt Leisel, then going to Idaho Falls and then to Yellowstone. I'm gearing up for the lovely sulfur smell that goes along with this. Sunday, August 30, 2009. It's Over - Well Kind of! I finished my last day of the diet yesterday and I'm down 20.8 pounds. I can't believe it! Really I can't believe I haven't had sugar or chocolate or soda for that long. MIRACLE! I only cheated on the diet once and that was yesterday night.
