My Weight Loss Journey. Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Update - 45 Pounds Down. Ronnie is a little over 2 months out and as of last Saturday he is 45 pounds down. His blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol are all running normal. We are hoping that when he does his next sleep study in October that he will no longer need his CPAP machine.
