Monday weigh in puts me at 95.2 which is DOWN BABY! Sunday, February 20, 2011. My program and update photos. I had a program written up (FINALLY LOL) for me at the gym the other day. I went off today and did it and got through it. Some bits were easier, some were harder. 10 minutes easy cardio (usually walking). Seated Leg Press 25kg.
