What's going on in our Neighborhood. Friday, February 8, 2013. I had my 14 week appointment and it's a boy! I am really excited to be having another little prince. I can't believe that I am going to be surrounded by boys! But, as my sister-in-law pointed out, I grew up that way! I have 3 older brothers- no sisters. I can handle it. What's going on in our Neighborhood. Tuesday, June 18, 2013. This past weekend was the annual Rogers family trip. This year we ventured down to southern Utah to experience some outdoor fun. We rented a beautiful cabin in a small town called Duck Creek Village about 40 miles away from Bryce Canyon National Park. There was a lot of fun things to do. I was pretty impressed with myself. I started to get pretty tired on the way up. There are a lot of switchbacks, but I did it! Douglas Fir reaching to the sun.

What's going on in our Neighborhood. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Motherhood- the best job! So thankful to be my little guy's mom. He brings me so much joy. He lights up my life. Here are a few of his new "things"-. Bringing me flowers he picks. Most of them are dandelions, but I love them just as much as a rose. He is always telling me he loves me. "Mom, I huv you." Wednesday, August 6, 2008. Kurt and I received our clearing/cancellation from the First Presidency. We are all set to get sealed! We will be getting married Friday, September 19 in the Bountiful Temple. We are having a luncheon at The Canterbury Place in Bountiful. No reception (yea! We will spend that weekend up in Park City then return to work/reality on Tuesday. The second week of October, during my fall break, we are going on a cruise that will stop in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan.

Monday, October 26, 2009. What a crazy Monday. Assemblies, changed lunch times, wreaked havoc on a class of 24 kids and their teacher than can't walk. Later that evening a phone call to a parent to express concern about their child's progress polished off the day. I should just let her fall through the cracks. Tuesday, July 1, 2008. Yeah- I meant to post this at the beginning of July. Kurt and I decided to be spontaneous and meet his parents and little sister in Vegas and play for a few days. We left Saturday morning and got back Tuesday night. I am so glad we went! It was nice to go on a road trip together. When we were first dating we went on a road trip to St. George with some of my friends. This one was nice because we were alone in the car for hours and had some great conversations.
