We always look forward to this time, and we always cherish it. The week we spent with them was . well, to be honest, interesting. We survived it. And, in retrospect, I don’t think I’d have had it any other way. This day, as we traipsed across our families’ land where our roots run deep - I felt as though my heart was fit to burst. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Chase had a great year in football. He did a great job and his team made it to the finals. They did a great job! Carson wanted to play tackle football so bad that he had a hard time controlling himself when it came to pulling the flags. He got penalties for tackling (tripping, he says) the other teams players.
