It’s the light, how the glass jars seem to bend the rules of physics, tossing the light here and there in totally unexpected ways. It keeps on pulling me back. It’s the tradition and love represented by every jar. It’s the joy of sharing an elemental activity, and the hard labour of preserving food for the future. And recording this all on paper.
