This year we went to Amber and Jerad's on Saturday to enjoy dinner, friendship and carve pumpkins. On the way we stopped at the grocery store to get our pumpkins and pick up a few things. So the jist of a Indoor Triathalon is that you Swim in the pool, Ride your bike on a trainer (on the pool deck). And then Run outside or on a indoor track (I ran outside around Green Lake).
