We haven't been doing anything exciting and I just haven't felt like writing about the weather, errands, classes, my painting, etc. On the way home I noticed a truck on the street selling tomatoes at 8 pesos a kilo, they have been very high priced lately and I have been wanting to make more spaghetti sauce to freeze, so I have been waiting for them to go down in price.

Brenda and Roy Going To Mexico. Sunday, May 26, 2013. Back To The Emergency Room. We both had a good night last night and got some sleep. The night before on the other hand was not so relaxing. Roy went to bed and started having pain and trouble breathing around midnight, so we got dressed and headed to the Emergency Room at the hospital. After another ECG and some treatment we were sent home and he slept the rest of the night. So, hopefully things will be quiet here until Tuesday. Links to this post.

Brenda and Roy Going To Mexico. Sunday, March 30, 2014. It is a shame to realize how boring I have become. If I'm not posting photos of paintings then it is photos of food. No excitement here for sure. I have used this recipe for sweet and sour meatballs with peaches for years and still go back to it every few months, along with rice that is what is our lunch today. The peaches in the sauce instead of the pineapple that most recipes call for is different and we like it for a change. Links to this post.

Brenda and Roy Going To Mexico. Sunday, September 22, 2013. I have pretty much been out of commission for awhile. I haven't had a really bad cold for a couple of years and either I had forgotten how miserable they can make one or this was a doozy. The first week I did absolutely nothing but blow my nose, cough and try to make my head stop aching from the sinuses that were not behaving well.
