Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Red Umbrella Photography - Jared. Jared is one of those kids who made me giggle throughout the entire photo shoot. He has the biggest brown eyes, a sparkling smile, and his laugh is one in a million! Here are some of my favourite shots from our afternoon together about a year ago. We have another shoot booked together in a few weeks and I can't wait to see him and his family again! He is so excitable! I love when I get to capture quiet moments between a parent and child.

Thursday, December 2, 2010. Our intense training begins January 1, 2011. This will involve being strict with diet, sleep and working out. In order to prepare for this lifestyle change, I decided to give up one unhealthy food each week leading up to the end of this year. Smartfood popcorn (I like it during my favourite television show). Thoughts and philosophy and life. Its been over a month since I had LASIK done and its been the best month ever! My eyes arent dry at all and my vision is perfect, and i am lucky to have no halos or starbursts at night! My version of Chili’s Skillet Queso Dip Recipe. We love this dip. So do our friends when they come over! 16 oz of Velvetta. 2 15oz cans of Hormel Chili (no beans). 75 lb of ground beef. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (can replace with red pepper flakes). 1 tbsp lime juice. 4 tsp chili powder.
