Barefoot at the Banks. The story of a house moving from the shore of Lake Michigan at 721 N. Shore Drive in South Haven, Michigan to Lakeview Avenue in Miami Park, South Haven, MI. Saturday, January 24, 2015. The ice on the lake is up near shore today. I'm not sure how well you can see it but there are some little snow mountains out toward the water's edge. It was a warm, sunny day for January so I took the opportunity to take a walk through the neighborhood and take a few pictures. It was a good week!

It is black with a little gray in it so it goes nicely with the cabinets. Here is the kitchen island and the new granite. He wanted a drink!

The framing in the basement is completed, the insulators are almost done and the drywall is almost done too.
