Monday, February 15, was Marilyn's last class to teach at Barefoot because she is moving home to Iowa, and we wanted to make sure she knows how much we appreciate her teaching and friendship! What a blessing and inspiration she has been, and is, to the studio! It's been amazing to see her transition from student to teacher over the past couple of years. She's definitely been an incredible teacher for me, and helped me in more ways than she'll ever know!

Barefoot Studio’s is located in Portland Oregon where glass and wood artists Chuck and Marlies Kostow work together on beautiful pieces of art. Chuck specializes in wood turning, making everything from inlayed bowls to wine stoppers and pepper mills. Marlies focuses her talent on jewelry made out of fused glass and sea glass.
