Tours and Activities Home. It was a small group, and everyone was reasonably experienced so we could go pretty much anywhere we wanted. We decided that we were going to do a wall dive, then a cave dive. I enjoyed them both, but my favorite part was the caves. Inside, the cave was literally filled with fish. I sat there hovering in the stillness of the cave, deep under the surface and experienced a moment of sheer awe. There were Menpachi everywhere! Click for more information or to make a reservation.

Tours and Activities Home. The "Forbidden Island" of Niihau. Today I got to take my Mom to see something very special. During the years the the family (whose name has since changed to Robinson) has resided on this parcel they have made some incredible sacrifices to help preserve Hawaiian culture. Perhaps the single largest contribution to Hawaiians that has been made by any family on earth, the Robinson have set aside the entire island as a sort of living cultural preserve. We snorkeled here at a place t...

Tours and Activities Home. Today we had something happen that was slightly out of the ordinary. We were on an air tour around Kauai with Airventures Air Tours, when out of the depths of the ocean underneath us appeared a pod of massive Humpback Whales. The pilot saw them and made a massive figure eight around them so people on both sides of the plane could see them. Click here for more information. Please follow us on Facebook. Tours and Activities Home. Waterfall Tour, Kipu Ranch Adventures. Operating the ATVs was very simple. There was an automatic transmission so there was no shifting of gears or clutch that the rider had to deal with. There was basically a throttle, brake and handlebars for steering. We took a practice lap around the headquarters to get acquainted with the controls. After we were all warmed up, we journeyed onto the ranch to explore the trails. Wanna see why they should have cast me as Indiana Jones? As we ...
