This is one of those recipes that is painfully EASY yet looks so beautiful! That’s my kind of cooking! 4 tsp dijon mustard. Raclette cheese (i think this recipe would be tasty with just about ANY cheese that melts well – mozzarella, gruyère, ementhal). I used 4 small terra cotta baking dishes for this but you can make one large tart as well.
