I know I have been keeping busy with all the new things I have in the works but I have also been doing a lot of reading on various WLS forums that I am a part of. I know it's been a while since I've blogged but today, I just felt the need to ask a question. Talking about it on ABC's Nightline. Is the desire you have. the desire to "be drunk" or to "feel good"? Bariatric Revisionary: 200 Protein Shakes

1/4 cup pumpkin puree. 1 cup skim milk or soymilk. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (such as Matrix Simply Vanilla). 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 t. cinnamon, 1/8 t. cloves, 1/8 t. ginger). 2 tablespoons Splenda Granular. 1/4 cup Cool Whip or NSA Vanilla yogurt. 1 cup ice cubes. Place pumpkin, milk, protein powder, spices, Splenda, cool whip or yogurt, and ice cubes in blender container; process until slushy. Makes one meal replacement serving. 3/4 cup light rum. 1/4 cup coffee flavored liqueur.
