Traveling with Jeanne Card from Oregon was not only fun but essential to my tired feet. (She gave me foot massages every night). We arrive a couple of days early for nationa board meetings and spent the time walking, riding the metro and learning that we needed to improve our reading skills. Street Sign for the White House. National Mother of the Year 2007. Ileen Barlow was born in Logan, Utah and raised in nearby Clarkston. State University where she met and married Elwood Barlow.
