November 30, 2014. We made our first drive to Eastern Iowa to celebrate Thanksgiving with the family! It wasn't too bad of a drive with the boys - though Kyle does hate to be in the car seat for that long. It was wonderful to be able to pack up the car and drive on over. May 27, 2015. Someday, Justin, you will be reminded of the fits you threw about taking ibuprofen. Justin was a trooper about getting his tonsils out. Things went smoothly. Grandma came to town to hang out. And then Mom mom and Pop pop. He was great other than the fact that he had a complete meltdown almost every time he had to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen. COMPLETE MELTDOWN. It was ridiculous. THANK YOU AUNT TARA! Thanks everyone for your help! Resting with Tractor the Whale and Tonsils the Bear.

Mike's sister and family were in town early December and they have a little girl one month older than Maxwell. She was walking really well so we knew that Maxwell would be motivated to take a few steps! He took a few steps by the end of their visit and as of today he's walking quite a bit! Sunday, May 18, 2014. Wow, I can't believe it's May and our sweet girl is on the brink of turning 2. These days if you ask her how old she will be soon she says two and will on occasion belt out her rendition of the birthday song. While the winter was tough on all of us, we are making up for lost time outside on a regular basis. Parker was a bit afraid of the yard at first this year, but has since gotten past it and can't seem to get enough outside. This is what happens when you ask Parker to say cheese.
