Data Methods and Source. Basin ownership was determined by linking the State MODIV database to the Ocean County Parcel Database. Basins locations were then interesected with the Ocean County Parcel Database to extract ownership information. Soil Conservation District Identifier. The unique identification number assigned to each basin by the Ocean County Soil Conservation District. PDF of HxH data summary form. Type of basin infiltration, detention, retention. Taken from the NJ OIT MODIV tax database.
