Tuesday, April 12, 2011. We made it to viablility! My heart surgery scar showed a lot in this dress though, that was the only downfall. My scar still looks really bad, and red over 2 years later. I fixed that by borrowing one of my mom's brooches. The belly at 23 weeks and 5 days. 23 weeks 5 days. Ugh, I'm starting to look pregnant in my face. Here are the ultrasound pictures. For some reason the ultrasound tech gave us a lot more pictures of baby boy than baby girl. The belly at 23 weeks 1 day.

Saturday, August 06, 2011. The babies had their 2 week check up this week at 2 weeks and a couple days old. The Dr. said they were doing great! They got back up past their birth weights so she said we didn't have to wake them at night or during the day anymore to feed them. Alyssa weighed 5 lbs 15 oz, 10th percentile (the Dr. did not adjust for being born early). She was 19 inches, 8th percentile. Emmett weighed 6 lbs 5 oz, 20th percentile and was 20 3/4 inches, 55th percentile. Emily and Jeff's blog.

It takes Sam a minimum of a half hour. Tonight was even worse. It was after 10:30 before he finally was in bed. Bill told him he's going to have to start getting ready at 8:30 tomorrow so that he is done by 9:30. Do you see it in the corner of Bill's tool box? And see that 'casual' look on her face?
