Var på banen 45 minutter før løbet startede. Der var meget trafik til motorbanen, selvom der ikke var udsolgt. Der var mellem 70.000 og 80.000 tilskurere. Gik ind i en bank i Greenville for at købe lidt af de nye en-dollar mønter. Spurgte om de havde nogle af de gamle "Liberty". Til vor store overraskelse havde de nogle, hvorefter vi købte hele bankens beholdning. Jeg har også fået fat i en rigtig sølvdollar, dvs. en som er lavet af sølv. 28 oktober 2010 kl. 09.33. I dag blev morgenmaden indtaget på dækket af Queen Mary, som ligger i Long Beach havn som motelskib. Brugte et par timer om bord med at bese skibet. Fredag den 8. oktober 2010. Dag 9 - Solvang til Santa Monica. Fandt herefter med lidt besvær Michael Jacksons tilligere Neverland. Det ligger i et meget øde område cirka 18 kilometer nord for Solvang. Kunne kun se...Heref...
