http://bigreadchallenge.blogspot.com/2005/02/been-continuing-with-more-reading.html
Thursday, February 24, 2005. Been continuing with more reading. I finished "Psychic Adventures of Derek Acorah" which was ok. I thought it would have been different though it was just various things that had happened to him and it was really a bit disjointed I thought. I do like him in Most Haunted though so I did enjoy it. Big Read Challenge!
http://bigreadchallenge.blogspot.com/2005/04/i-found-another-book-by-elizabeth.html
Saturday, April 02, 2005. I found another book by Elizabeth Chadwick at the library the other day and decided to give it a go. It was called The Champion. And I loved it as I knew I would! This one was like the other in that it was set around the time of Richard the LionHeart and King John and is a love story between a tourney knight and a sempstress. If anything the ending was a little predictable but it was enjoyable nontheless. Posted by Kirsty at 12:44 pm. The Other Boleyn Girl. Total this year = 4.

Big Read Challenge!: 07/01/2004 - 08/01/2004

Saturday, July 03, 2004. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Managed to read this while at camp, mostly while Marcus was sleepy from being sick. I really enjoyed it as an easy read and tbh I wish I'd read it as a child rather than an adult. I did watch the tv series (or was it a film? Can't remember) and really loved that so the memories of that kept coming up throughout the book. I think I'll definitely read the whole series soon. Posted by Kirsty at 6:11 pm.
