Creating Access Groups

Why do we use access groups? Using access groups allows you to create common navigation limitations one time and apply them to multiple users. This is quicker and easier than having to set each user’s access individually. There is no limit to the number of access groups or the number of users assigned to an access group. How many access groups will you need? Creating an Access Group. Click the New button to create a new Access Group. Click the Duplicate button to quickly copy an existing access group.

These companies are typically multi-disciplinary and they are your go-to collaborators on projects. Usually, their fees are rolled into the overall professional fees and passed along to the client.
