April 2016 Rewind | Paved with Books
https://pavedwithbookss.blogspot.com/2016/05/april-2016-rewind.html
How did you go in April? For me, April was a balancing act (as always), but it was also a fun month. My friend got me to sign up for Active April, which basically challenged you to do something active for 30 minutes every day. I failed quite miserably, but I managed to exercise at least once a week. That's an improvement from practically never, so maybe it's not a complete failure after all! But I always love listening to writers discuss their writing process. New to My Shelves. 8902;⋆⋆⋆⋆ - I absolutely loved this book and will recommend it to everyone I know. 8902;⋆⋆⋆ - This was a fabulous read, but there was a little thing missing. 8902;⋆⋆ - I liked this book and it's worth reading, but I didn't connect with it. Alternatively, I don't know how I feel about this book. 8902;⋆ - Meh. This book was alright, but it's either not my cup of tea or it didn't have enough good qualities. In any case, I didn't enjoy reading it very much. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Hi, I'm Cilla!

[Rewind] June 2016 | Paved with Books
https://pavedwithbookss.blogspot.com/2016/07/rewind-june-2016.html
June marked an important milestone for me: I finished the first semester of my degree! It feels like the easiest part of the course is over, and very soon I'm heading into the real work. I can't tell whether I'm excited or nervous for the practical components of the degree, though knowing that my classmates feel the same way about it all makes me feel rather better. In other news, I'm doing Camp Nanowrimo in July! Anyway, onto some blogging and bookish news! New to My Shelves. I have read Obernewtyn.
