I'd say they were crazy). Nevertheless, it's fantastic, and it only just got bottled today. I was using plastic, screwtop bottles and had about 200 ml's left over. Of course, I drank it! Ray has been out with a bum shoulder and he asked me to step in and give Ryan a hand with the next brew. We made 20 bbls of Pullmans on Friday.
