Hier haben wir dann mal feinherbe Mürbeteigplätzchen. 1 Ei, 125g weiche Butter, 200g Mehl, 70g Zucker, 40g Cappuccinopulver. Und ein Päckchen Vanillezucker. Miteinander zu einem Mürbeteig verkneten. Dann noch 50g Zartbitterstreusel/-splitter. 2mm dick ausgerollt und ausgestochen brauchen diese Plätzchen. Bei 180 C etwa 6-7min. Bitte bitte...
