We are excited and ready to start brewing. Our first beer will be an American Wheat. Apparently this is one of the easiest to do, so hopefully it will turn out well. It is now in the "clearing stage", or when all the sediment settles to the bottom and beer starts to look more like beer. Tomorrow we will bottle it and it will set for 4 more weeks.
