In Europe every year is a different letter you use to name your dog, 2014 is the year of the letter "J" This way just by the name of your dog they know what year they were born. Wednesday, December 25, 2013. We had a very busy christmas. We had two dinner parties. Our small group lunch. Getting ready for our party. Christmas day with the Apelbaums, it was a huge feast. First was Fois gras. Then it was local mussels. Then fresh salmon that Steph prepared by covering it in salt for a. Couple of days, it was tender and delicious! Then turkey with potatoes. Then a traditional chocolate log. I was too embarrassed to pull out my camera for every course. For 5 hours :).
