From the Texas coast to Downtown Dubai…and back again. June 6, 2015. On my first trip to Dubai, I visited the grocery store. Upon entering the pork section, you will see various cuts of pork, in addition to all the products that contain pork. Such as: POP TARTS and JIFFY CORN MUFFIN MIX. I was shocked! Lard and gelatin (from pork) are the the culprits there. It was eye opening to see all of the products that contain pork. The pork shop in Waitrose grocery store, The Dubai Mall. To see new posts.

While looking at neighborhoods with a friend, this was my first time around Downtown Dubai and the Burj Residences area. It is quite a juxtaposition from Jumeirah.
