Small trawler to be built in wood. Builder will use stitch and glue for hull construction. This boat is using an outboard engine 'well' to hold engine. Manual and CAD Drafting. Contrary to popular belief, manual drafting is not dead yet. The marine field still relies on manual drafting, particularly in the recreational boating industry. Although just about anything can be done on a CAD system, drawings with plenty of complex curves such as boats can sometimes be more efficiently done by hand. Also the hand crafted look of a drawing can be important, particularly in the custom design of a recreational boat.
