What’s this all about…. As I had a run in with a rather large Neptune this summer. It seemed like a good omen. After learning about this part of the country last fall in the advanced level French conversation course, I was particularly drawn to it and while it was difficult to decide between it and the Provencal region, I couldn’t pass up some of the opportunities that the Institute for the International Education of Students (IES) had to offer. 8220;A New Luster in the Ancient Heart of Brittany”.
