About Grill It Good! Recipe – Bac’n’Cheese Chicken. Bac'n'Cheese Chicken. 12 slices of bacon. KD’s chicken rub (equal parts Montreal Chicken Spice, Original Bone Suckin’ Rub. Oregano and garlic powder), or your favourite chicken rub. 113 grams of soft, unripened goat’s cheese. 125 grams of regular cream cheese. 6 sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), sliced. 1 tbsp dried oregano. 2 green onions, chopped. 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
