Becoming a healthier happier fitter me! I cannot stand the wet style oatmeal for breakfast…but I love oatmeal cookies….no bake oat bars….and you get my drift.😉 So this morning I decided to try a baked oatmeal…and I must say, I cannot wait to try different recipe variations…I am thinking instead of the banana I put in…. putting in applesauce and raisins. It would be like eating a cookie for breakfast! Here is my recipe that I used for this bake. 1/2 cup egg whites. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tsp baking powder.

Becoming a healthier happier fitter me! How true is this statement? What is crazy is as I got older, I didnt pay much attention to my health. What I mean by that is I didn’t really know how. I didn’t know the effects really of certain things. Sure, I smoked…people would tell me, your going to die from that! She died at age 50 to guess what? I think way to much about things too!
