All of my expectations have pretty much been shattered in the first few days; all save the heat. This update comes quite belatedly, for I have already seen a great deal of Cairo and Egypt in these last 8 days. Therefore, I have decided to prepare a video with narration so as not to bore my readers. That and more to be found in my forthcoming post.

So after dealing with many computer issues (don't ever believe anyone who says macs are inherently superior for video-editing) and finding an adequate internet connection- I am in a third world country after all- I can finally deliver on my video-promise:. Well whadya know, Ben Devoe is a natural at creating documentaries. Good job. I wish I'd studied abroad in Cairo.
