The 2nd Man: March 2008
http://the2ndman.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 29, 2008. Many are not willing to be the 2nd man because they don't wan to play second fiddle. If they aren't the ones running the show they aren't going to play. Jonathan according to the tradition of all the kings of the world was next in line. In everyone's eyes but God's he was to be the next king. Although his father wasn't willing to live with that, he definitely was. Are you willing to put aside your pride and your desire for fame to accomplish what God wants done? I have been work...

The 2nd Man: June 2008
http://the2ndman.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 23, 2008. My 2nd man isn't a man at all. She's a woman, a lady to be more specific. She's my wife, my best friend, my confidant. Her name is Amy Coffey and she is the greatest woman I have ever known. It really hit me today, as it does on several days, what a great wife, help meet, I really have. I am glad that I have a wife that always supports me in the decisions I make in the ministry or encourages me when I do things that I am not very comfortable in doing, like preaching. I wondered if ...

The 2nd Man: April 2008
http://the2ndman.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 11, 2008. In Acts 12:25 we see a young man that decided to leave Jerusalem to become the 2nd man for Barnabas and Paul. His name was John Mark. He left his home town to travel first to Antioch where a good church had been established and then to the unknown world to take the gospel message to the world. Mark had a tremendous opportunity to help two of the greatest church leaders in history, and he threw it all away. What will it take for you to turn your back on the 1st man? Has made this s...

The 2nd Man: Exhort and Encourage
http://the2ndman.blogspot.com/2008/09/exhort-and-encourage.html
Tuesday, September 2, 2008. I received an email this morning from a good pastor friend of our church. He just wrote to say he appreciated our staff and ministry and prays this trimester at the Training Center. Will be the best yet. I can honestly say his email was a great encouragement. It was nice to know he was thinking about and praying for us. His email this morning was a great reminder on how I should be all the time with everyone. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The 2nd Man: Are you a 2nd man as an excuse to be lazy?
http://the2ndman.blogspot.com/2010/02/are-you-2nd-man-as-excuse-to-be-lazy.html
Saturday, February 6, 2010. Are you a 2nd man as an excuse to be lazy? Some may be saying, "I don't want to study as much as the 1st man." "I don't want as many responsibilities as the 1st man." "I don't want to work the hours that the 1st man has to work". Thinking on these statements, this individual definitely doesn't need to be the 1st man. Neither does he need to be the 2nd man. Don't be a 2nd man just because you think it will help you get out of work and responsibility. Enter your email address:.

The 2nd Man: November 2007
http://the2ndman.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 28, 2007. I was reading this morning in Genesis how Abraham sent his servant to get a wife for his son Isaac. In Genesis 24:10 it says that all the goods of Abraham were in the hands of his servant. I was amazed to see the loyalty that Abraham had in his servant. First of all he trusted him to pick out a wife for his son and then he trusted him with all his goods. I can remember when I was 21 years old and was living in Peru, Jefe. And his son Chris. Monday, November 26, 2007. Is ther...

Biblical Business and Character principles applied to daily life! Author Archives: John Pearson. March 13, 2008. It little matters to my servant whether I send him to buy a few pennies worth of things, or the most expensive articles, In either case the servant looks to me for the money and brings me his purchases. So, if God place me in great perplexity, must He not give me much guidance; in positions of great difficulty, much grace; In circumstances of great pressure and trial much strength? You can now...
