A festive time was had at the Brown's in Parish, NY on the afternoon of New Year's Eve. Due to the New Year's Eve factor, we had dinner about noontime, then gift exchange and finally a group picture before people began filtering away for evening celebrations about 4-5 pm. Celtic and Americana Music Instrumental Jigs, Rags, and Folk Songs. Thursday, April 20, 2006. We had a busy St. Pat's Day. Abbey, our fiddle player, teaches at Allendale-Columbia School and lined up a noontime concert in the gymnasium for K-5 (I think). Kids did lots of dancing and sing-a-long to our music. Celtic and Americana Music Instrumental Jigs, Rags, and Folk Songs. Tuesday, July 25, 2006. The Boughton Hill Band played at the Gazebo on Saturday, June 17th for about an hour. Thank you Chris for taking pictures. Also, it should be made public that Chris bakes a wickedly, suberb black raspberry pie. BHB's next stop - The Dundee Library on July 27th. Celtic and Americana Music Instrumental Jigs, Rags, and Folk Songs. Tuesday, August 15, 2006. Dundee Library Concert Series - July 27, 2006. It DID stop but not until after it soaked the park and it was decided to move the concert into the adjacent Baptist church. What a magnificent venue. After playing for an hour, we took a break and had food and desserts offered by local fundraising vendors, including pulled pork BBQ and wonderful pies. A good time had by all. Bakers of Lima, NY. Tuesday, July 25, 2006. Had a great week of warm weather, fun, fish and relaxation at the Pineridge Resort. Sue, John, Eric, Ginny, Grandma and Grandpa all made Wade's Diner on the way up. Matt, Ned and the Sloths were the only ones to not make it up this year. Bakers of Lima, NY. Wednesday, December 28, 2005. This is Ned's home away from home for the next 2 years. It has 2 rooms: a bedroom where the window is at left (without any screen or window pane) and a kitchen-pantry-dining-living room as you enter off of the porch. Bakers of Lima, NY. Saturday, March 04, 2006. Our February Break in Florida. On Thursday evening, Feb. 23rd, Ginny and I visited the King Tut. Exhibit at the Museum of Art in Ft. Lauderdale. No pictures were allowed inside the exhibit so I took plenty in the gift shop with all of the available props on display. The harsh realities of the north in February.
