Burlington Drug and Alcohol Task Force. The Burlington Drug and Alcohol Task Force has been in existence since 1982. It was formed in response to former Gov. Ed King’s request for community support to reduce underage drinking. The BDATF is the longest running youth substance abuse prevention coalition in the state.
