Welcome to Barbara Denison's. Painting in watercolor, acrylic and oil, is endlessly fascinating for me. The colors, textures and blending of both are never exactly as I think they will be - and I learn from the surprises. They say in almost every class, "paint what you love", and I do. It's like writers - they write best what they know best. I learn something new with each piece of work. Maybe, someday, I will really know what I am doing!

Wednesday, 9 March 2011. Nebe nad tvou hlavou roste od šedivé k popelu,. Od popela k prachu,. A od prachu k hlíně. Křídla ptáků nesou sémě tvojí zloby,. Líně kroužíce na tom divném nebi,. Jen aby ztratily výšku,. Padajíce do polí jak mrtvé kamení. Snad jsou posly strachu. Snad krom zloby nesou zkázu. Sémě co nesou přikryje prach a popel nebe. A za sedm jar a sedm zim. Pak vzklíčí a vzkvete šarlatovým písmem:. To vprostřed noci vyšlehnou plameny hněvu mučených! Pozdě pak bude rvát si vlasy. Rvát z těl šaty.
