Hit The Rock: December 2006
http://hittherock.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
For more posts, see my main weblog, Veritas. Thursday, December 21, 2006. Climbing @ KC Tuesday night. Tuesday I went climbing at Klättercentret. Lisa and Matt were there, as were Christine and Maria (in the background). Anna came too, and tackled a fun route of terra cotta colored holds. The heel hook is the key to making this one easy. Matt did this fun route of blue-green holds. It seems to be necessary to use the edge of the wall in order to make it up to the last hold. Ammie in top form.

This morning was the first really cool morning in several weeks. It seems that winter is finally on the way. By the time I walked to work, the sun was up and the temperature had risen to 2 C; but in the shade the leaves were still covered with frost. Michael A. Lowry. Tuesday, November 08, 2005. Michael A. The rear suspension and brake. The rear shock has a little red knob on the front end that controls the speed of the rebound after the shock is compressed. The back end of the rear shock and the linkage to the seat stays and pierced seat tube. On the ride side, there are two adjustments that one can make. The speed of the rebound...
