At the start of 2010:. 1 Run 750 Miles. 2 Run 2 Half Marathons. 3 Be able to do 30 pushups. 4 Run 1 race every month starting in February. Upcoming Races – 2010. February 7th – Gridiron Classic 4 miler in Central Park. March 21st – New York City Half Marathon. I am currently following the FIRST training method that incorporates 3 runs a weeks and 2 days of cross training. Each run has a specific purpose. Key Workout #1.
