The Gin Gin and District Fine Arts Society began in 1996 with a small enthusiastic group of Artists from the Gin Gin area who were encouraged and guided by Audrey Broderick-Stephenson, president at this time of the Mt Perry Art Group. Tutored workshops were held in the Godfrey Wilson Hall each month with social days for members to bring whatever work they wanted to do and enjoy the sharing of ideas.
