BEACH COTTAGES I and II CONDOMINIUM RULES. 1 ALL animals are strictly prohibited. 2 REMEMBER entry into the building is by key only. 3 ALL vehicles must have a valid parking pass or the vehicle will be towed. 4 ALL visitors must park in spaces in front of the building as indicated. 5 NEVER leave doors propped open or let strangers into the building. 6 NO boats, trailers or motor homes are permitted on the property. 7 MOTORCYCLES can not be parked in covered garage. 8 NOloud radios, TVs, stereos, etc.

BEACH COTTAGE CONDO ASSN. MARCH 14, 2016. Ben Epifanio called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM in Unit 1102 of Beach Cottage I. Board members present were as follows: Steve Bazarte, Larry Charlton and Bob Parker. Present on conference call were Barb Pflug and Bill Soenksen. Ben reported that they had a quorum on voted items.
