Note: It’s actually not that small. It is 2-3/4″ square. Then the edging is added, it will be nearly 3″ square. I think a slightly longer choker length will be best. We’ll see. Challenge – Monstera. Inspiration, travel and learning. I started my beading journey in India. 8220;My beading journey.”. My first piece was an adjustable necklace with a cabochon focal. I was so proud of that first piece. I wore it all of the time. All the time that is until I was selling some of my goods at a fund raiser and one patron asked if she could buy it. I had to say yes, since it WAS raising money for a great cause. More than that, I want to see people happy with what I have made. That’s a nice feeling.

(If you know Gladys, don’t mention anything because I think the pendant is going to be a Christmas gift.) Donna has the idea that a monstera leaf would be good. Very Hawaiiana. Hmm, thinks I? I like green and haven’t really used it is many things. So, I am up to the task. First, research the leaf. What shape do I like? This is very helpful. But do I like more color?

I have finished college and taken my certification exam, I am now a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR)!
