Tuesday, May 20, 2014. So I created the template in Photoshop. Used Club Scrap Tribal paper for the background and cut the shapes on my Silhouette. The Hello Story. Lesson in Week 5 is Mathematics. Ali's layout used plus signs to link a series of photos. I pretty much copied her design directly but her layout seems much more impressive. Oh, well.it's done. On to the next one. Sunday, April 12, 2015. This month the card sketch over at PaperArtistsOnline is more of a technique challenge. Using splashes and splats of ink or paint. So I got out my Stampin Up Gorgeous Grunge set that hasn't seen much use since I got it a couple months ago. I stamped the various splotches and splats using Distress Inks and spritzing with water. Monday, March 31, 2014. This layout was built using Club Scrap papers from the Harvest and Henna kits. The Indian corn cob was cut on the Silhouette and colored with Distress Inks in various browns, yellows and oranges. Photos taken of Mom and me at the World's Only Corn Palace in Mitchell, South Dakota. Such a fun place! And so unsual. All of the murals on the exterior are created from corn product.
