Be the person your dog thinks you are. Local Animal Shelter Closes - and why I have the best husband ever :). My daughter calls me this morning terribly upset. She had heard from a friend, who had heard on the news, that the Montgomery County Animal Shelter was closing its doors today, and any animal not adopted would be euthanized. So she was ready to head out there and grab up kittens! Ok need to get dressed . cass and I are going to Conroe. We have kitties to save. How many do you plan on saving?
