Cool news, reviews, and views. Here is some tough slugging, that has caused quite a bit of confusion. I just finished NT Wrights "for everyone" commentary on Roman's and now I get it. The "I" in the passage is used sort of how we would use the word "we" and refers to Israel. To quote NT Wright, " What looks at first sight like a tortured and rambling account of personal moral incapacity prepares the way for a statement of the achievement of the cross which is as powerful as anything Paul ever wrote.".
