Beakers and Bumblebees

Tuesday, April 20, 2010. We are working and getting ready for the upcoming TAKS test. The kids are very knowledgable in fifth grade science, and I am sure they will do great! I am just making sure that I cover all that is needed, so the kids will feel success next week on the test. I am excited for them! The words this week are review words. They have seen these words before, but I feel that it is important for them to see them again! The TAKS test will be next Thursday, April 29. STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!

Beakers and Bumblebees: March 2010

http://beakersandbumblebees.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html

Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Today we went on a field trip! It was very fun! We got to tour the George Bush Childhood home. What a neat place to visit. It was fun to imagine life in the 50's. Its amazing how much our world has changed since then. It was also pretty awesome to stand in the very house that two presidents lived. I think my favorite part of the trip was the bus ride! The bus made us all sound wonderful! I was a proud teacher! I sure do love my days with these kids! Monday, March 1, 2010. 5 Deco...

It was a major challenge! But Mrs. M is proud to announce that her bright students all met the challenge head on and figured out the problem! 8 Metamorphic ...

At Hobby Lobby to buy all 100 cute little fancy things, it snowed! We were stuck at home and were challenged to find 10 of anything! Isn't her handwriting so adorable? Oh, and her attitude comes with it for FREE! Next y...
