It's a rich and juicy cup that is as sweet as it is acidic with distinct notes of berries. We've been playing around with it and here's a quick brew guide to get you started with a good cup. We're brewing on a V60. With a total brew time of 2:30. If it took less - grind finer and/or pour slower. It if took longer - pour faster and/or grind finer. 14 g fresh whole beans.

We are an artisan coffee roaster based in the great West Riding town of Huddersfield. We are 2 brothers, Jeremy and James and we roast our coffee beans on a small roaster at our roastery , often referred to as the laboratory and housed in an old textile mill. Our approach to craft roasting guarantees that the considerable effort made by our coffee growing partners is brought to fruition and the qualities of each flavour is extracted to perfection.
