I asked for the recipe several times, and always got the 'oh yeah, I'll have to write it down.' But the recipe never materialized. Well, a couple of weeks ago, I was visiting with her and she HAD THE RECIPE! I think they're pretty darn good. A great cookie with a cup of coffee or tea. This recipe comes from Jessica Seinfeld's book 'Deceptively Delicious.' I can't tell you how much I love this cookbook, and how much inspiration for veggie hiding it has given me.
