Tuesday, March 30, 2010. TWD: coconut tea cake. Short and sweet this week. This cake was wonderful. I made the lemon version and the addition of lemon zest and juice were the perfect accompaniment to the mild coconut flavor. Everyone really enjoyed this and we are quickly working our way through the full bundt. This cake was especially delicious with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. So yummy.
