Made one of these, as well as another Chocolate Chip Pie. For Thanksgiving. My makeshift backdrop wasn’t long enough; oops. The proper set of pictures didn’t quite turn out, so I redid them using the very last piece of pie. Mini-Chocolate Chip Muffin Bites. Thick in texture, more like that of a brownie. Edit: Amusingly, these are the same as the Triple Chocolate Muffins. From a few years back. Forgot about those. ;) The texture this time around turned out much better.

Just another WordPress.com site. January 17, 2012. The ski season is in full swing and mother nature is finally cooperating. Southern Vermont got a foot of snow in the last week and the temperature is holding steady below the freezing mark. This translates into great ski conditions and the perfect environment for a little man-made help.
