FolderSize – Lightroom Solutions
http://lightroomsolutions.com/plug-ins/foldersize
Updated: Aug 21, 2016 Log in. FolderSize is a free Lightroom plug-in that loops through all the selected images and analyses them by folder. It counts them and shows how much disc space they use. For a long time I’ve stored image files on my hard drive in daily subfolders, which are themselves inside DVD-sized folders – “buckets” in Kroghspeak. Normally, it checks which folders are active (ignoring which images are selected) and calculates their size. I use that for building raw/dng buckets. Not sure the...

Locktastic – Lightroom Solutions
http://lightroomsolutions.com/plug-ins/locktastic
Updated: Aug 21, 2016 Log in. Locktastic is a simple plug-in for Lightroom 2/3/4/5/6 that:. Marks read-only or “locked” files with the red label. Selectively imports read-only files from a folder, bypassing LR’s standard import dialog. Unfortunately Lightroom won’t show which images are locked – in fact its import from camera routine removes the read-only file status (if it imports from the hard drive using “Add”, the read-only tags are preserved). This plug-in is designed to solve those problems.

Updated: Aug 21, 2016 Log in. 10 tips for new users. It was interesting to read Scott Kelby’s 10 Things I Would Tell New Lightroom Users. Scott’s post was actually inspired by another article, recent Aperture refugee Scott Bourne’s 10 Things I Wish I Could Tell Every New Lightroom User. John, and here are…. Lightroom ...

I tend to have 6-15 keywords per image, make a lo...
